PaRis: a satisfaction survey to support the tool’s evolution
PaRis is a digital tool designed to enable the risk assessment of protocols for shared facilities (technological platforms, containment laboratories and animal facilities) at the Institut Pasteur. To support the evolution of this tool, a satisfaction survey is being offered to all users. This continuous improvement approach aims to gather feedback on your experience and guide future developments of PaRis.

Since its go-live on February 10, 2026, PaRis has become the only tool available at the Institut Pasteur for submitting and reviewing risk protocols. After several months of use, the IT Department, in collaboration with the Risk Prevention Service (SPR) and representatives of the platforms, wishes to collect users’ feedback.
A satisfaction survey is therefore offered to everyone who has used the application: applicants, substitutes, protocol participants, and technological platform managers. Designed to be completed in under five minutes, it focuses on the concrete use of the tool: getting started, navigation, features, and the benefits experienced on a daily basis.
The feedback collected will help highlight the application’s strengths and identify the most useful improvements, so that PaRis can evolve as closely as possible to the needs of research teams. The results will be analyzed by the project team and will feed into the roadmap for the tool’s next versions.
Everyone’s participation directly contributes to this continuous improvement approach. The questionnaire is available here, until October 23.
