Your IT portal is getting a makeover
The IT Department is pleased to announce that the IT portal unveiled its new version this week!
Your ticket management platform (requests and incidents) features new functionalities and enhanced ergonomics.
This new portal has been developed in collaboration with the IT support and the IT department to provide a new generation of customized multi-channel employee experience. It aims to improve end-user satisfaction (that's you!) with an ergonomic interface, improved follow- up on your tickets, as well as an AI chatbot system (tbc).
From a support perspective, the platform is designed to facilitate the management of incidents and incoming requests, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the IT department.
