For the fourth year running, the Disability Office, in collaboration with several partner departments, is organizing a series of events to raise awareness among the Institut Pasteur community of the challenges involved in disability and inclusion in the workplace.

The week will include a variety of events and activities on campus and online to encourage dialog and stimulate discussion.

The program will include:

  • An information forum with stands and activities on Thursday November 19 during the lunch hour

  • Two themed webinars:
    • Anxiety disorders – when the brain never stops, with Anaëlle Mazelière on Wednesday November 18, from 5 to 5.45pm
    • Endometriosis at work: 1 in 10 women live with it, with Violette Suquet, on Friday November 20, from 1 to 1.45pm

  • Opportunities for informal discussions and an online competition with prizes.

The full program for the week and details on how to participate, including to the webinars, will be published soon. In the meantime, save the dates and keep an eye out for the latest news. We hope lots of you will come along!

For the past 30 years, European Disability Employment Week (EDEW) has been an opportunity to raise awareness about disability and to emphasize the importance of inclusion and equal opportunities in the workplace. It is also a good time to review the various mechanisms introduced to facilitate disability inclusion at work, to discuss and share views and to learn and raise awareness.
