The theme is “Team: How to be recruited/how to recruit” with Nathalie Sanson and Sylvain Soucaze, co-Talent Acquisition managers, in the Human Resources Department at Institut Pasteur.

With over a decade of combined expertise in talent acquisition within both private and public sector life sciences and healthcare organizations, our speakers will illuminate the recruitment ecosystem from multiple perspectives. This session aims to bridge the gap between candidate aspiration and organizational excellence, providing invaluable insights into the modern hiring landscape.

You will gain practical strategies for identifying exceptional technical and scientific talent and learning advanced sourcing techniques for niche profiles in a competitive market. Whether your goal is to build a high-performing team or position yourself as a standout candidate in the scientific community and deep tech innovation ecosystem, this seminar will empower you with the essential skills and knowledge for success.

Take this opportunity to enhance your approach to talent acquisition and career development. Join us and unlock your competitive advantage.

The “Startup Breakfast”, a monthly seminar, held at the Institut Pasteur, is designed to introduce you to the various aspects of creating and developing life science companies, and the associated challenges. Eight sessions will be organized throughout the academic year 2025-2026 on a specific theme presented by an external expert. These friendly, informal meetings will enable you to interact easily with the speaker. They will be followed by a “networking” where you will be able to exchange ideas amongst yourselves and with startup alumni who will be able to share their experience
