Which repository should you use for your research data? Training by CeRIS
Education: "Choosing a data repository to share and improve the visibility of your research data,"
Tuesday November 3 from 2 to 5pm (Paris time), online (via Teams), in French
Are you preparing to publish and want to share the raw data associated with your paper? Do you want to make your data available to the scientific community to improve the reproducibility of your research?
Data repositories are an effective solution to meet your needs. They are a way for you to share your data with a broad audience while giving you the choice of whether to make them openly accessible or control access.
Whether you have large volumes of data, can only share your data under certain conditions or have "composite" data (a combination of code and data in different formats), there is a repository out there that will meet your needs. Knowing which one to choose is the focus of this training session led by Fanny Sébire, a data librarian in the CeRIS.

The training session will help you to:
• choose the most suitable repository to share your data;
• use repositories in your research, either to share or find data;
• adopt best practices to make your data findable and reusable;
• draw up a comparative list of different repositories.
